Routine
Use in this order.
Thinnest to thickest, a minute between steps, sunscreen last in the morning. That is the whole theory. Then go address your other problems.

Morning
- 1
- 2
Bright SideActive, morning
- How much
- Three or four drops
- Then
- One minute
Onto dry skin. Slight tingle is normal, stinging is not.
- 3
Mixed SignalsActive, morning
- How much

- Then
- One minute
After the C has soaked in. Neck too, if you are feeling generous.
- 4
Baby's BottomProtect
- How much
- A pea for the face
- Then
- Then sunscreen
Last step before SPF. Very oily skin can skip this in the morning.
Night
- 1
Clean SlateCleanse
- How much
- One or two pumps
- Then
- Pat dry
Remove sunscreen properly. A second wash if you wore a lot.
- 2
Coming of AgeActive, night
- How much
- One pump
- Then
- One minute
Two or three nights a week to start. Increase as your skin allows. Not during pregnancy.
- 3
Baby's BottomProtect
- How much
- A pea, or more
- Then
- Go to bed
On top of the retinal. Put it on first instead if your skin is adjusting.
The rules, such as they are
- Starting out. Add one product a week. If your skin objects, you will know which one to blame.
- Retinal nights. Two or three a week for the first month. Flaking means slow down, not stop.
- Peptides at night too. Fine. Clean Slate, Mixed Signals, Coming of Age, Baby's Bottom.
- Sunscreen. Not ours, but not optional. Over Baby's Bottom, every morning.
- Pregnancy. Skip Coming of Age. Ask your doctor about the rest; they know you and we do not.
Which one first? Compare all five. What is in them? The dictionary.
